主讲人简介：
Stephane (Pan) has been involved
with pavement engineering activities for about 20 years. Stephane holds a
doctoral degree in Civil Engineering. He is a member of several professional
associations including the Washington DC Transportation Research Board (TRB)
AFK20 Committee on Characteristics of Asphalt Materials.
Characteristics of Asphalt
Materials (AFK20) TRB committee is charged with determining and improving those
characteristics of asphalt materials that influence the elements of highway
design, construction and maintenance. Both physical and chemical properties of
asphalt materials are considered as well as the changes that occur in these
properties during construction and in service. Stephane is a registered
Professional Engineer in the States of Utah, Colorado and California.
